Hollyhock Seeds


I love the seedpods of the Hollyhocks. I let them go to seed in my garden and then the next year, I find hollyhocks coming up in the most interesting places.
I have even shared them with my neighbour and now she enjoys them in her garden over the road.

    Hollyhock seed pods are so interesting. They do end up spreading everywhere, but I love them. Did you see my hollyhock doll a few blogs ago? Hope that you make them too.

    What wonderful shots of the flowers opening. They are such a delight in the back of a cottage garden. I saw lots of them in the New England states a couple of summers ago. I harvest seeds from my garden and share them with friends.

    I love hollyhocks they remind me of time spent at my grandmother's house when I was a kid.....they are very old flowers lol..

    I LOVE hollyhocks! I can't wait for things to start growing here in Minnesota - we are just now experiencing 60 degree days (finally) with the hopes of seeing some green sprouting up soon. Beautiful photos.

    I love hollyhocks too - I may have to try some in my garden this year. There is a garden near here that is full of the most amazing self-seeded hoolyhocks every year :)
