Did you know that I sell my photographs as cards and packs of Note Cards?
I am having a Give - a - way. One of my lucky readers will win a pack of 6 flat note cards and envelopes. There are a variety of pictures, but they are all photos from my garden.
Leave a comment this week, and I will draw a winner.
I am off on an exciting adventure today. I am heading to Melbourne to stay with my lovely friend Brenda, who is going to look after me while I recover from Laser Eye Surgery which will take place tomorrow.
I have been wearing glasses for 37 years, and have decided to lift the mask. Until it actually happens and works, I can't quite believe it. I am filled with excitement and nerves all mixed in together. I am lucky to have a good friend who is going to shield me from the day to day tasks of family and living while I spend time recovering.
I have made her a quilt to show my gratitude. I hope she likes it.
Julie from Provincial Patch has sent me some of her new binding last week. I am excited to be able to have a go and make something with it, but I think it will be put on hold for a week or 2, however, watch this space, or even go over to Provincial Patch and buy some yourself.
I am really looking forward to the Stitches and Craft Show next weekend. I am going to help Ric Rac and mind her stall while she takes her workshops at the weekend. I hope I get to meet some of the bloggers, and just enjoy the buzz of it all.
Another Jodi from the other side of the globe has done a feature on my blog. Go over and have a look. I think it starts Monday in OS times.
I will miss my beautiful Nellie next week . . .
. . . did you know . . .
Best Wishes for your Surgery...I'm sure it will all go Fine...Enjoy your Recovery with Brenda..Hope you take some pics from the craft show...take care
