Challenge - Craft at Work

As you may have read over at Ric Rac's blog, she and have started up a new challenge, inspired by Ric Rac who was inspired by Future Girl and modified to our restrictions. We have decided to do some stitchery in our lunch breaks just to keep things "real." We can only complete the stitching "at work" and are not allowed to do any at home. We started last week and I was bursting to take it home to play with, but resisted the urge. We have to keep the designs simple and achieveable and my first one is complete.
Our first weekend we both decided to make a special little bag to keep our challenge in, and that would satisfy our need to break any rules! We have both made a little bag with room for stitching and by the end of the challenge it should tell a story of our fun times. I used a bit of the Jelly Wares fabric that I bought a while back and of course a bit of my favourite Aunty Cookie. Are we mad??? I am looking forward to our next session tomorrow, as I was busy today with what Ric Rac calls "Hard Duty" (Yard Duty!!!)

These are some of my new cards I've had printed. I'm looking at making packs of them to sell. I'll keep you posted on that one.

Love the bag! Stitching during lunch break.. I love it. I try to do it almost every day, which is an easy piece having my workplace at home. It’s a great idea to work on one project only though!
