I have been wanting one for AGES and finally bought one. I can tell you now you get heaps more sewing time. I have put the dinner on already, and won't have to go back to the kitchen until it's tea time. Sorry to those who love cooking, but I would much prefer to be in my sewing room, or out in my garden.

I am in love with mine! Can't live without it. Goodluck with yours.
Yep got one too. Love it to bits, use it at least three times a week. Brilliant for pumpkin soup I might add..vbg. Even bought one for my Mum for her birthday - after seeing mine she requested one. Check out http://crockpot365.blogspot.com - there is a crockpot recipe for every day of the year and some look really yummy.

PS Love the flower photos - absolutely stunning.
I bought one - but decided I need to dye wool, think I should get another one for cooking.
Annie, those flower shots of it all closed up make me thing it is going to open its lips and sing (little shop of horrors).
Hope you are enjoying your dinner.
I love my slow cooker too but never seem to be able to find enough recipes.

Love my crockpot........must pull it out now we have some colder weather.....great garden closeups....
I have one, but don't use it as much as I would like to. I'd be up for any recipes you find that you like!
Absolutely fantastic pictures as usual, and that train bucket is beautiful. You've got a big space for your workplace.
happy weekend :)
..and the slow cooker sure will save a lot of time, though I dont have one ..yet.
what brand did you buy?? I have trying to decide whether to get one or not.
I'm with you!!!! I'd rather doing anything than cooking.
That dinner looks so delicious. I bet it makes the whole house smell wonderful-I haven't got one yet but looks like I should. Your flower photos are sp lovely.
Hello There Annie ... I Sooo... Agree with you on the More Time for Gardening & Sewing... & Yes Absolutely I own a Crockpot but have been looking @ the larger oval shaped versions recently trying to decide which one to purchase... for when I have My Family over! The Train Bucket is Way Cute...
I love cooking AND I have a crockpot. Great for hot days too when the idea of the oven or cooktop on for a couple hrs is beyond appalling.
I'm with you Annie, I have one and have used it about 4 times this winter already. Did steak casserole last night for tonights dinner. Now for tomorrow?
Love your banner, it's new to me!
I just bought a slow cooker yesterday. Whats your favourite recipe so far?
