The natives were calling me . . .

It's amazing how far away those holidays feel now I am back in the busy world of school.
The good thing about my job though, is that they will give me some more -
This place is Kennett River - a tiny little gathering of houses along the Great Ocean Road. I snuck a couple of days peace here with some friends, and mainly just enjoyed the views - it was very relaxing. I was struck by the beauty of the natives.

I love your photographs. You have a real feel for the flowers. Are those really as small as I think?

Flowering gum is my favourite - the gums here never seem to flower.

What beautiful flowers. Love the landscapes too. I'm still putting up the pics from a snap-happy session in the park the other day- one more to go. Isn't it amazing how looking through a lense can make you really look at something?

Your pic's are wonderful! I've never seen a lot of these flowers.
Lucky you! You need to put together a book, if not to sell at least for yourself!
