After our first attempt a couple of years ago and some success with a few members actually "finishing" their quilts, our quilting group has decided to do another Friendship Quilt.
This time we are doing strips, and the handover is tonight. As usual, I work best under pressure, so finished mine at 11 last night!!

Oh.....ummm...does that mean everyone will be at your place tonight?
Well, I just finished mine and popped it in the box about 15 minutes ago Annie!! So, you haven't done too badly! Your Strip looks amazing - after looking at that book at your place last time, I had to have it and it is now on its way to me. See you tonight.
Ooh, lovely. Is this just part of the quilt then, or is it called a strip quilt because it's made from strips? Quilting is quite mysterious to a beader!
that looks really lovely- and what a great idea. hope to see the whole quilt.
xxxx
Well done Annie! I finished mine about 7 last night. Nothing like a last minute rush. Yours looks great!
Love the colours Annie and the design is pretty darn good too.
So are you exchanging strips to partners? Is there a color/pattern theme? Love your strip. I've seen that book on another blog somewhere and it looks very interesting.
Your strip looks brilliant - would love to find a copy of that book - looks interesting.
ooh, I got my mother-in-law that book for her birthday. I really love the patterns in it.
It looks great, I love your colour combinations

Gorgeous, Annie. I am again astounded by your prolific work!
Love your strip! Look forward to see the rest!
Last minute...I know how that is!
I'm a last minute-worker, and I work best under pressure! But often I've had an idea working in my head for a long long time, before I come to the last minute!
I like the fabric you have used. It will be interesting to see the whole quilt.
