Holidays on the Mighty Murray

I was very lucky to be invited onto a Houseboat for lunch one day while on holidays on Mildura.
My friend and her family had 5 days just lazing on a houseboat.
It was peaceful, and a fantastic experience to "have a turn"

This is the life!

It is so nice to see the Murray full again after so many years of drought. I love Mildura as my dad originally comes from there so we spent many xmas' there while my grandparents were still alive.

Gorgeous photos Annie. Isn't it weird looking a the river when it's so high. Been so long since there has been that much water anywhere. Enjoy your holidays.

The Murray full of water is a wonderful sight, and the green edging of grass is just the decoration it needs. May it stay that way for a long time. It must be such a lovely peaceful way to spend a few days.

Happy New Year to you and your family, Annie.
