Why don't stories like this go on A Current Affair? - Let's catch this "low life" that thought they deserved to take this from someone else, without asking, paying or caring. Please help us to help Nikki get it back.
On a brighter note, a had a go at one of Kelly's patterns that I've had for about a year, but was a little nervous to tackle. I LOVED doing it, and want to do more now. It was so much fun.
This is what is flowering in my garden this week.
I have 3 tremendous spikes, as tall as me, and as they are opening, they have a lovely yellow striped throat.
As you can see, I'm enjoying my holidays

Have to wonder what goes through peoples heads when they decide to steal stuff. :( Love your pear tree sewing!!
We generally think of 'quilters' as being honest ,hard to believe someone could actually steal (although the bag is really nice). Hope they are having trouble sleeping. Love all the work you are doing, looks like you are enjoying your holidays!
Love the tree and flowers, Annie. Don't love the thieving ratbag who stole from Nikki or the fact that I have spent ages trying (and failing) to fix my printer. Enjoy the rest of your hols!
Your 'gladioli' are absolutely gorgeous, but your bird singing on the pear tree is much, much nicer!
Love your Tree Block Especially the Chocolate Pears...
Maybe someone should email ACA or TT it might get Noticed....Hope it gets Returned..
Ooo Annie! I love your choice of colours for Kellie's pattern. Very smart. When will we be seeing the quilt??? ;-)
There is no explaining why some people think they should have for free what someone else has earned. I do love the pear tree. You didn't say what the flowers were. Gladioli?
I love your glads! Must remind myself to plant some this spring.
Shame on the person for taking something that belong's to someone else.
I'm loving the applique too - great colours!! ANd thanks so much for being on the trail of the bag-theif!!
That is just so wrong on so many levels. I don't understand the mentality that it's all right to steal someone else's hard work.
And yes, the flowers are definitely a happier note! Beautiful.
Love your Kellie project. I have seen her new pattern it is fantastic to say the least. We have people cutting their own pelon and bag wadding and putting it in their bags. Shop samples also go missing. It is so annoying.
Yes, I agree, lowlife indeed! Let's hope karma catches up with them real fast. I hope Nikki gets her bag back. The flowers are beautiful and the Kelly project looks lovely :)
What amazing plants! And I really hope that beautiful bag gets returned to its owner.
