Melting Moments

This was what was left of the yummy biscuits at our Quilt Class the other day
This blue quilt belonged to one of the other ladies - just stunning in the strong colours and contrast.
Mine with the stripes is a bit harder to see, but gives you lots of sneaky illusions of different angels for the boxes. I'm thrilled with how it is turning out. I'll take some more pictures tomorrow in the light, as I've put a couple of boarders on now.
Bleak and cold, but I can't help LOVING these trees, silhouetted on the setting sun landscape across our wonderfully FULL Lake Wendouree.

Those are really beautiful quilts. And those cookies look so good! You photographed them really well.

Those cookies/biscuits look delicious. I'm having coffee right now and they would be perfect.

I love your quilt. The stripes DO make so many fabric illusions pop out, don't they?

Very clever quilts. Nice to see some water in the lake too. Nic

I love the colors you have used in your quilt. Those are beautiful photos of Lake Wendouree, must admit each time I am in Ballarat I drive past just to make sure the water is still there!!

Love those tree photos. Time I left the house and ventured forth with camera a little further afield.

And I also love the photo of Lake Wendouree. It just wasn't right when you could walk across it!!
