A spot of SCRAPTACULAR

Amidst my holidays, I've been beavering away on a bit of Patchandi Scraptacular
Last night around midnight, I pieced the top together and pinned it to the curtains
My eldest Flower Garden Child was not too sure about the patterns he could see, but once it was finished, he got the idea, even though he wasn't 100% happy with the concept.
A random edge with the left overs and it's time to go back to school tomorrow
I had a lovely day today, visiting 2 gardens, belonging to friends, and going to a design market.
This Boronia was spectacular, and I am very tempted to try growing some in my garden.
I did love this touch in the garden
. . . and as for this garden, they described it as their "Tulip Festival Garden", and they weren't too far wrong there. It was SPECIAL

I just drank in the beauty and colour
and it was a lovely finish to my holidays.

Those tulips are lovely but are very late in comparison to mine. I think I have about the last two left. A couple in the front garden and one in a pot at the back.
Bother school. That quilt looks lovely.
