Queen of Knitting (My Mum) made me a Poncho on the knitting machine
I will model it next week and photograph
I bought the wool at the Farmers Market

 

Spring is definitely on it's way

Yarn Obsessed

 I'm not sure if it's because my mother is staying and she is noteably the

Knitting Queen

 or because it is a particularly cold Winter

but I'm feeling rather "Yarn Obsessed"

College Adventures

Some Mug Rugs to send to my daughter in King Island

where she is having some Yr 9 College Adventures

I sent her one last week, and all her housemates thought they were "so cool" and wished they had one . . . so they're in the post tomorrow!

Look what my clever sister made me!
She keeps camels as pets, and is always fascinated by thier form.
The hump lifts up to put the scented oil, or citronella in.

Glorious Morning Shawl

I picked up this pattern at Lincraft in the free patterns

My daughter is 'slightly' older than said picture, but the pattern said to make it bigger just add a few extra rows "here"

. . . so I did - just so pleased with myself for following a random pattern and completing it so quickly. 

My mum did this beautiful weaving with wool for this scarf

. . . and . . . ta daaaaa

my bag is complete and in circulation

full of pockets and hiding magnetic clasps

I love it!
