School Holidays

Before heading off for holidays, I had one of my more unusual requests . . .
and Indian Headress for my lovely neighbour who had a party the following day.  I thought I did a good job whipping this up at short notice.

Happy Birthday Sweet Sixteen

A special day for my daughter who turns Sweet Sixteen today.

Miss Flowergarden understands her mother when she says:
"the paint is still wet"

I've been making this backpack for her, and of course left the last finishing touches until the last minute!!!

When I realised I needed 8 grommets instead of 4!

Thanks to my favourite Pixie in Shining Armour . . . I found 4 more, but not quite in time to finish.  I have an understanding daughter who loved it anyway.

I was just slightly busy yesterday at Crafty Hijinks, thanks to these two lovelies!

Sore Legs!

A Sunday afternoon/day! I dropped Miss Flowergarden to work at 10.30am

Came home and straight into the garden!

Thought I'd better check the time as I had to pick her up at 5pm

It was 4.30

No wonder my legs were sore!

Think I might have a shower now and get my PJ's on!

Some inside playtime now I think . . .

Just so hard to beat outside time at the moment!

Back to school tomorrow, but only 2 weeks until HOLIDAYS!
