Washing is on

Some Bloggy Love in the mail from Bev - Thanks Bev - I love getting post!
A project to start this weekend . . . watch this space
a new book to read
. . . and look what one of my gorgeous students made for me on my birthday!  I was very touched by her thoughtfulness and efforts.

I have quietly been plodding along with the Gail Pan Christmas BOM.  It was a great catch up actually, last week when I was sick making "piggy" noises.
All better now and ready to resume action in the sewing room!

I recently bought that book too and am making one of the quilts in it. It's so beautiful isn't it?

That was such a lovely gift, the little teddy. I love your embroideries too.

Hi Annie, Just wondering how you saw through the osnaberg to trace the designs. Did you use the colours that Gail said or did you make up your own? They look great.

Glad to hear you are on the mend. Loving that grey and yellow combo. And that book... yes I've drooled all over my local library's copy...almost literally... maybe I should just buy my own!

You've done a great job on the blocks! Congrats!
Glad to hear you are getting better!
I'm been thinking, and looking, and thinking again about that book...may be I should treat myself with it? Hmm...but I think I need to wait a little...I've just treated myself with four new books, and am waiting for them to arrive...
Enjoy you week-end!

Hia Annie so glad you are feeling better. That teddy is so sweet.

I've just noticed that your blogroll is displaying my old blog Jellybeanangel instead of Jellybeanangel2. I ran out of free photo space on the old one so I started a new one.

Annie, what a LOT of pretty things. And that your student made you that sweet little toy is just precious. You must be a great teacher!
