Paper making is on the agenda this week at school, so Pete and I had a practice to see how to do it.
It was lots of fun - one of my students brought in this contraption she had bought at Aldi, and it worked a treat.
Of course we had a go at adding some flowers!
It was a lot of fun - I wonder if it will be as much fun with 22 all wanting a turn!!
Poppy time here again at Flowergarden
. . . a lovely dark clematis
. . . and this is my first Japanese water iris - I love it.

loving your garden as always Annie, especially the poppies.
Oooh paper making -- I love the addition of the flowers. And it's so fun to see your part of the world waking up with all the pretty posies, while ours is going to sleep!
I've never seen a Japanese water lily before. It is very pretty, as are all your other flowers.
Love the paper making, cute with the small flower added!
always loved paper making.........have fun although it may be a little more stressful with 22 kids wanting to do it all at once...........
Have fun with the paper making
Must be the season for it.... I've been thinking of finding my deckle and mould and teaching the wee girl a new and very messy (when you're nearly 4) "cwaft activity".
Loving your flowers - as always!
Love the paper making pics, looks like loads of fun...
I really must give this a go with my Miss 3, I'm sure she would just love it...
Take Care
Jodie :)
Paper making look like fun. Love the Clematis they don't do well down here.
Paper making is so much fun-I always get a parent volunteer to help as the childrn certainly get excited. I haven't seen a contraption like the one your student brought-looks pretty nifty.
Love those Japanese lillies-I have never seen any before and I have alwas wanted a clematis but we are too hot for them where we live.
I love making paper, you have reminded me I haven't done any for a long time! We had some poppies too this week, the last ones before winter sets in, we picked them from the allotment and brought them home to enjoy. That water iris is beautiful
: )
How much mess did you make with the whole class! Love the flowers in it.
