The cornflowers in my garden have been just stunning
They are a brilliant blue . . .

It still totally confuses me that you have Christmas in the summer! Can't get my head round that at all! Here the weather is totally yucky - rainy and cold and dark - bleurgh!

Well, that's certainly true - we go directly from halloween to Christmas now without missing a beat. :)

Your flowers are gorgeous, as always. I'll have to try cornflowers again. I grew them years ago. Thanks for the reminder!

Lucky you, Annie, if they were Christmas Carols.....it's when I hear 'Frosty the Snowman' and 'Rudolph the red-nosed Reindeer', etc. that I want to run screaming from the shops. It's a shame that we rarely hear the Australian Christmas Carols played in the stores.

Your cornflowers are magnificent. Do you have them in the other colours too, ie. burgundy, cream, pale blue, pink, white, etc?

Always love a peek into your lovely garden.

cornflowers are one of my favourites, I have some seeds my nan sent me waiting to be sown. And I love the colour of those poppies! I'm not surprised about the supermarket music, some houses near us have their lights up already!
