Fabric Boxes

Ever since first getting my hand on the
Sunday Morning Quilts
Book, I wanted to make one of these

From these humble beginnings

a bit of quilting

some lining

a little bit of breakfast cereal box between

and now a home for my red scraps
...and now I want to make one in every colour!

I have already started a green one

I bet you'll have loads of fun making a box in each colour and I couldn't think of a more appropriate storage system for your scraps

... and I ordered that book after seeing yours at Sewjourn!

Great box. I love the fabric you have used for the front. If you use bag wadding instead of normal waddling you don't have to quilt it. They turn out super sturdy and are very quick to make.

I love the quilting in squares, it has a lovely overall effect. How amazing would that be to make all colours...

Truly amazing, really there is nothing that we can not make ourselves.
The boxes are fantastic, what a great idea. I might make some for my wardrobe.
