Wish I could show you their smiley faces

 School's In!
My garden will have to wait for weekends.
I was awe struck when I got the first sample of writing yesterday,
realising the BIG job ahead of me,
BUT
It's worth it when you see their smiley faces.
Beautiful kids!

Have a wonderful time with your students. Smiley faces sounds very good to me. You've shown some of your student's creativity in the past and it always delights.

Gosh lucky you didn't use my year 3 for a model you would have had a Croc shoe rather than a nice black school shoe in the picture....Of course he cut his toe badly the day before school. Typical!! My kids loving being back though and so is their Mum :) We are blessed with our teachers at that school.xxx

The beginning is always a little daunting when you see all the hard work that must be done. It does get done, though, and the students progress nicely.
