Have a look at this all you Mums out there. A real hoot. I couldn't help sharing it! Thanks Bren for passing it on.
Oh, and a picture of my cushion I entered in the Chocolate Lollypop competition at Ballarat Patchwork. A prize winner it was not, but I had fun making it, and the entries were quite magnificent. Next challenge, a Dick and Jane Apron.

I too was guided over to this youtube site. Great isn't it. I've saved it as I can hear myself in it all the way through. Very clever lady. If only to remember the words.
LOL!I loved the song, she is so entertaining and can be related to my so many mums. Your cushion is lovely-the pink and brown looks great together. I might make an apron for the next challenge as I have some Dick and Jane fabric from your lovely shop-a bit reluctant to cut it up though(as usual!):)
Fantastic - I was sitting here feeling pretty miserable as I have so much housework to do, it sure did make me laugh. Thanks for that link. So appropriate.
By the way, your cushion is beautiful - well done.
Love the cushion Annie and the William Tell Overture will never sound the same to me again. SENSATIONAL!!
That is totally HIGHsterical Annie, she sounds like my mum...oops I mean me !
Glad you liked the link, Annie!
I'm looking forwrad to seeing the apron develop. If you make an apron, do you need to cook???? (If so, Mr. Flower Garden might be a big fan of this challenge!)
I actually looked at that with my mother and we both thought it hilarious and soooooo true!! I love your cushion - yummy chocolate lollipop, one of my favourites!
i haven't gone to your you tube link yet, but will do so soon as it must be very funny judging by the comments left. I think your cushion looks good enough to eat - it reminds me of a great big licorice allsort.
