It was just SNOW exciting

It was snow exciting yesterday. It snowed twice in one day. It usually only snows once a year here, and never really very heavily. I was out snapping some shots to capture the excitement and we had to ring both Granny and Nanna. The school kids loved it, and it was great to share it with them. I was a little concerned about the poor chookies, and wanted to wrap them in a blanket.

It was just SNOW exciting!

Bbbrrr!! I was in the park taking Jazz for a walk in my beanie, gloves, boots etc. The kids said "What if someone sees you?" and I replied "I will be alone!". And I was!Lucky your house is toasty warm.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. It doesn't surprise me that it snowed in Ballarat. It is freezing here too. I have been worried about how cold the chooks must be. I almost contemplated letting them in the laundry - then I thought twice.

How exciting! It's strange seeing pictures of snow when it's our summertime, although I must admit we're not experiencing any kind of summer at all at the moment. Hope the chooks were okay!

WOW! We don't get smow here in South Australia-sometimes a light sprinkle in the hills. I bet the students were very excited. Nothing like a good bit of nature to wind them up!Love your blog.
