Report Writing

What a glorious weekend it's been in Ballarat
It's not as if I haven't thought about the reports
I've mowed, I've weeded, I've taken lots and lots of photographs
. . . and admired every living thing in my garden
This started out as a cutting!
Monday is fast approaching
They are due Week 9
I'd better get cracking
. . . soon!

Oh, bugger. Don't you hate that Sunday evening, pre-Monday guilt fest? Although that garden of yours makes up for it in spades...

No wonder you can't get work done with those gorgeous plants beckoning!

I used to love report writing time. Not because I loved writing reports, but because I would procrastinate so much and find every other thing that had to be done. My house and garden were so tidy and organised because I did everything except write reports!!
All I can say is good luck!

Oh Annie more gorgeous garden pics. Playing in the garden sure is better than writing reports.

Go Annie! Should have had craft last week after all; we could have helped you write them!

Isn't it good to have something that gives you extreme satisfaction to balance out something that doesn't!! Your garden is beautiful.

Fortunately this year I had 2 year 12 classes, so no final year reports for them!
Finished my year 9 English Skills reports; just have to mark some essays on 'Edward Scissorhands' for the year 7s and am waiting for the year 9 English exam on Thursday to be able to finish those ones off.
Pity we don't get a report writing day in semester 2. I could've gotten a lot of quilting/gardening done on that day!

Oh. Your magnolia. Oh my goodness. I can see how the garden would call you, no matter what else you had to do.

Just cast your mind back to when these all have to be written by hand and the whole thing re written if there was a spelling mistake.
I still have vivid memories of a department of 300+ kids and that same number of reports to read, correct and have redone. And that meant I had to spell correctly without a spell check either.
I am sure you have time for more photos.......love that rosebud.
What is the first pink photo.....orchids??
