This lovely flower in my garden is a Geum
Very small plant, but such beautiful flowers at every stage
They do come in a variety of colours, but this is the only one I have.

Ah, so that is what it is. I have a few new things to see this year and I have foolishly planted about my 8th wisteria.....but it is in bud and I did widen the bed to put it outside the pergola and may even get the glory vine trimmed back to give it more of a fighting chance.
What - school hols again?? Already?? Do you have big plans and a mile-long list of projects or are you going to make some time to relax?
I entertained very much in this post.
That approaching holiday always makes life seem a little brighter, doesn't it? Looks like you are prepared--with your pretty yarn and all. Enjoy!
What gorgeous yarn! I'm not surprised you couldn't resist it. And congratulations on mastering the knitting machine - I wouldn't know where to start! Lucy xx
One week , one week, one week. have to catch up this morning...BIG weekend. Hope you bring show and tell.
No wonder you couldn't resist, the yarn is beautiful. Bring on the holidays!
Pretty coloured yarn, and that geum is a gorgeous colour too.
If that yarn is missing next time I visit, just remember that I couldn't resist either! Its beautiful Annie and I think we need to do some yarn shopping online together in the holidays :)
Oh, Annie, everything looks perfectly delightful! And you should never resist what bring you joy.
