A New Vegi Garden

I've made a new vegi garden!

A friend brought me a pallet, and I had to put it to good use -

didn't I?

A nice sunny spot right in the middle of my lawn!

Climbing peas - yum!

I love the look of your new veg growing area. I was at a course recently and they showed a photo of a similar type idea using hay bales and I thought it was a good idea. What a great looking area you've created!

I am really liking this. What sort of container/method is holding your soil in place. Straw is so wonderful as well because when it rots, it can be mixed right in with the compost.

Love this idea. Lawns are over rated anyway ;-)

I am sure the lawn mower will be happy about the reduced lawn area. you are a trickster making a new bed like that . I am sure you will love the peas, tendrils also make great garnish, very swish!
