Ouch!

Meet my SORE toe!

Guess who's loving me being in bed all day?

I was thankful for a couple of visitors yesterday, who made me cups of tea, and provided lots of talk to help take the pain away.

I did manage to finish this dishcloth half lying down . . . bamboo and cotton.  I love the colours.  Already in the post to a friend for her birthday.  Master 13 is 'on the case' and 'at the ready' for instructions.

. . . and the night before the operation, I stayed up VERY LATE and finished Miss Flowergarden's birthday backpack (from September!!) I was very pleased with how it turned out.  I hope she gets a lot of use out of it.

Think of me today, lying back with my toe in the air . . .
OUCH!

Oh my goodness! Good to have a sweet kitty nearby at times like this. Mine cuddled up next to my feet yesterday while I was laid up at home. Problem was, however, that he occasionally took a nip at my toes. Wouldn't have been so good in your case!

Feel better soon!

Oh, Annie, so sorry for the pain, but glad you have lots of good care-givers there to take care of you!

Pussy-cats are such a comfort! Will see you soon, Annie - Friday arvo maybe? Meanwhile, cuddle up with quilts and cats and enjoy the rest. xx

Oh Annie, oh Annie. Ouch ouch and double ouch! Take care of yourself and hopefully recover quickly. Take the strong drugs!
And love that backpack, by the way.
